Welcome to the L.E.A.D. Training Initiative, the central hub for all types and levels of spiritual development training within the Living Waters Association. Whether you’re exploring foundational faith concepts, seeking to enhance your leadership skills, or delving into advanced theological studies, the L.E.A.D. Training Initiative offers a comprehensive and accessible approach to spiritual growth.
The L.E.A.D. Training Initiative is committed to fostering lifelong learning by providing a variety of educational opportunities tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals and congregations. Our programs are specifically designed to support the mission and vision of the Living Waters Association, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to serve with purpose, lead with confidence, and grow in faith.
The Revisiting The Basics – Group Boundary Training by the Living Waters Association in 2023 provides an opportunity for clergy who have previously completed the full training course to further reinforce their understanding and application of boundary principles. This training was specifically designed to assist individuals in finding an affordable, in-person training option that accommodates their needs. To participate, clergy must form a group of three individuals and work through the training together. This collaborative approach fosters shared learning and accountability while ensuring that all participants engage meaningfully with the material. Additionally, participants are required to notify the registrar in advance of their intent to take part in the training to facilitate proper coordination and support. It is important to note that participants will need to download and print the training materials prior to the course to ensure they have the necessary resources for successful engagement.
